We Develop Resorts and Improve Financial and Operational Performance
JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT
RDP may enter into a Joint Venture Agreement with property owner(s) or the HOA. Our JV ensures that the property owner(s) or HOA maintain control of the property until RDP’s financial performance improvement strategies bear fruit.
RDP does two things: (1) add value to properties that meet our criteria by managing the property for improved financial performance. OR, (2) implement HOA asset recovery programs including: reduced delinquencies, asset recapture, maximize rental value of HOA-owned weeks, maintenance fee recapture, and more.
VALUE ADDED YACHTING PROFIT CENTER
Our affiliated profit center, Champagne Yacht Club, can provide a co-branded water sport fishing/yachting venue that complements the resort brand and adds value. The Yacht Club addition will greatly accelerate sales and enhance financial performance.
